Kendall Fletcher is one of the most recognisable talents in the Westfield W-League.
Capable of playing anywhere in the backline and midfield, the barnstorming American first burst into the women’s football scene when she dominated collegian football for the fames North Carolina Tar Heels.
Â
Winning an U19 World Cup and making her debut for the USA National Team, Kendall established herself as a professional in North America before introducing herself to Australian crowds with a one season stint with Central Coast Mariners.
Â
Mixing her time between the USA, Australia and Sweden, Kendall played for a number of clubs including Melbourne Victory and Canberra United – where she won the premiership and championship – in the Westfield W-League.
Â
Never missing finals in Australia, Kendall was just as effective in her homeland as she was named Player of the Season and Defender of the Year for Seattle Reign only weeks before joining Western Sydney Wanderers in September 2016. Kendall made her Red & Black debut against Perth Glory in Round 1 of the Westfield W-League 2016/17 season.
