Wanderers continue battle for promotion

Sitting equal first on the ladder and on the promotion-deciding club championship table, the Western Sydney Wanderers will look to hold those positions as they take on Macarthur Rams in PS4 NPL2.

First grade kicks-off at 7pm at Lynwood Park but with promotion to NPL1 decided by whoever sits on top of the club championship, all three grades will have to perform if the Red & Black are to remain equal with Sydney FC in the race to promotion.

In first grade the top-of-the table Wanderers take on a competitive outfit in Macarthur Rams who defeated the Red & Black in pre-season with a last minute winner. Rams are currently in sixth position with only a single loss.

The 20s are a different prospect as the bottom-placed Rams will likely have their work cut out against a third-placed Wanderers team. Kick-off is 5pm.
