Born in Baulkham Hills, Lachlan began his career with Castle Hill Rockets in 2003 where he spent four seasons. In 2008, he made the switch to Castle Hill United before joining Hills Brumbies in 2012.
The defender captained Football NSW Institute U16’s in 2015 and was called up to the Wanderers’ Hyundai A-League pre-season camp in Coffs Harbour after featuring in a trial match between the Wanderers and Mt Druitt Town Rangers in July.
Lachlan joined the Wanderers Academy in 2016.
