Born in Dubbo in the Western Plains of NSW, Erica played her junior football for Bathurst City Panthers, winning the Women’s Super League player of the year as a 17-year-old in 2002.
Erica’s impressive showings at the regional level quickly resulted in selection for the NSW Sapphires side in the former WNSL.
Spending a number of years in the NSW Premier League, now NPLW, Erica most recently played for Illawara Stingrays, winning the Player’s Player title in 2013 after helping the side to a runners-up placed finish.
Erica was announced as a Western Sydney Wanderers signing in October 2015 and made her Westfield W-League debut against Adelaide United in Round 1, scoring her first goal with a composed finish against Canberra United in Round 7 with her form earning her the Wanderers Medal for Player of the Year.
