What to do if you can’t make the game or don’t have your Membership Card PLUS info on Rewards App.
1: Don’t have access to your Membership Card
If you don’t have access to your Membership Card or accidentally lost or left it at home do not panic, you can print your tickets off at home or download it onto your mobile and smart device. Simply click here to proceed.
2: You can’t make the match and want to give your ticket to a friend
If you can’t make a match not only will you score serious brownie points for forwarding your Membership to a mate, you will also receive Wanderers Rewards points!
Anyone who is a Member can forward their Membership to a friend as a once-off e-ticket by clicking here and following instructions.
3: You can’t make the match but your friends are already going
If you can’t attend the match and all your friends are already going to the match, you can release your seat for sale and receive Wanderers Rewards points in return.

Souvenir flags: Souvenir flags will be placed on every single seat in the Eastern and Western Grandstand whilst fans located in the Southern and Northern Terrace will be able to receive a flag upon entry. Souvenir flags will be limited to one per person.
Wanderers Rewards: Through the Wanderers Rewards website or app, members can earn points for activities including attendance, the purchasing of special event tickets as well as user generated content and social engagement. All members are able to access the Wanderers Rewards App, for more information on how to download the app click here.
Raffle: The day before the Season Opener we will be holding a raffle contest on the App for users to get their exclusive ticket into the post-match press conference where they will be part of the media contingency that will ask questions to both Wanderers Head Coach Tony Popovic and Brisbane Roar Head Coach John Aloisi.
Checking in: On match day, checking into ‘Wanderland’ via the App pre-match could have you in the running to receive a 2015/16 Hyundai A-League jersey. At half-time we will also be calling upon three Wanderers Rewards users who have checked into ‘Wanderland’ via the App to participate in the POKO Dribble and Shoot challenge.
Man of the match voting: Wanderers Rewards App users will also have the opportunity to vote for Man of the Match following the game and receive points for their vote.
