With the Wanderers set to launch their 2015/16 Hyundai A-League campaign at Parramatta’s Centenary Square this Thursday, here’s what to anticipate at the day and how to get to the season launch.
The NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers will toast to the upcoming 2015/16 season on Thursday, and the day will have something for every Wanderers fan.
Food trucks, small-sided games, face painting and the launch of EA Sports FIFA 16 are on show and fans will also get the chance to see both the Hyundai A-League (including new signing Dario Vidosic) and Westfield W-League squads unveiled on stage and hear from the likes of Parramatta Lord Mayor Scott Lloyd, Dicko and Tony Popovic himself.
Getting there
The season 2015/16 launch will commence at 11am, and it’s easy to arrive on site with time to spare.
With Centenary Square located under a five minute walk away from Parramatta Station and just a 15-minute walk from Wanderland, it’s easy to arrive at one of the biggest days of the calendar year via public transport.

NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers will launch their 2015/16 Hyundai A-League campaign with a special community event on Thursday 24 September, at Centennial Square in Parramatta.
Starting at 11:00am, the day will include something for the entire Wanderers fan base, with food trucks, small-sided games, face painting and a number of partner activations.
Fans will also have the chance to interact with the players, as well as sign up for membership and purchase the soon-to-be released 2015/16 merchandise range.
