Football NSW Institute MUPC Champions

Football NSW Institute were crowned Pacific Champions of the Manchester United Premier Cup after defeating Onehunga 3-0 in the final on Sunday.

The tournament, hosted by Western Sydney Wanderers at Valentine Sports Park, brought together some of the best U15 teams from Australia and New Zealand to battle it out with the winner progressing to the global finals.
 
A very strong FNSW Institute topped their group and defeated Football Federation South Australia 2-0 in the semi-final before their dominant display in the final.
 
New Zealand outfit Onehunga were also in Group B, finishing runners-up to FNSW before defeating Group A winners Marconi Stallions 1-0 in the semi-final.
 
Goals by Ramy Najjarine, Ahmed Sweedan and John Roberts sealed the trophy for FNSW in front of a huge crowd after two days of excellent football and sportsmanship.
 
Fabian Monge from Marconi Stallions was a deserved winner of the tournament MVP.
