Does my 2022/23 season membership include a ticket to the Finals Series?

As this match is co-ordinated by the Australian Professional Leagues and outside of the regular season, your Wanderers membership WILL NOT give you access to the match. All season 2022/23 members MUST PURCHASE a ticket to this match to ensure access.

How do I purchase my same seat from the regular Isuzu UTE A-League 2022/23 season?

Enter your Member password, which was sent via email direct from the Western Sydney Wanderers into the password box displayed on the event page by clicking here.

I am a reserved seat Member and can’t seem to purchase my same seat from the Ticketek website?

The only way to purchase your same seat is by clicking on this link and enter your Member password, which was sent via email direct from Western Sydney Wanderers, into the password box displayed on the event page. This is the digit barcode on the back of your Membership Card. Same seat tickets cannot be purchased directly from the Ticketek website.

I am a ticketed Member and have not received the email, what is my password?

In the first instance, please type in ‘WSW’ followed by your member number (i.e. WSW1234). Otherwise, please email memberships@wswanderersfc.com.au and we will resupply your password.

How long do I have to purchase my same seat?

Your exclusive redemption window with discount runs from Monday 1 May at 12:00pm to Tuesday 2 May at 11:00am. You may redeem after this time however the discount and you are not guaranteed your same seat.

Can I purchase tickets on behalf of other reserved seat Members?

Yes, however all passwords must be from consecutive seats if you wish to purchase in one transaction. You will need to enter the Member’s password for each seat you wish to purchase.  Please enter all passwords one under the other.

I have multiple Memberships/Family Memberships and don’t want to purchase our same seats for each Membership. How do I ensure that the ones I do select are seated next to each other?

The ticketing system is very specific, you will need to ensure that you enter the passwords for consecutive seats in your group Membership to ensure you are seated next to each other

I do not want to purchase my same seat, can I still purchase tickets?

Yes, you can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction on a best available basis by clicking here. Please note this is unlikely to be seated next to your same seat.

How do I purchase additional tickets?

Additional tickets must be purchased in a separate transaction by clicking here and are unlikely to be seated next to your reserved Member seat.

My receipt of purchase does not state that I have purchased my same seat.

The ticketing system will not display your seat numbers on your email confirmation; it will only display the dollar amount of your purchase. Once the General Public tickets go on sale you will receive your tickets.
