17-MINUTE HAT-TRICK! Wanderers teen scores THREE first-half goals including an Olimpico

Western Sydney Wanderers midfielder Sienna Saveska had scored just two career goals before Saturday afternoon.

But just 27 minutes into her side’s clash with Western United, the 18-year-old had taken her career tally to five with a sensational first-half hat-trick at CommBank Stadium.

All three of Saveska’s goals came in a 17-minute blitz – beginning with a stunning ‘Olimpico’ struck directly from a corner kick.

Saveska doubled her tally in the 24th minute with a composed first-time finish from inside the box.

High on confidence after her early brace, Saveska sealed her hat-trick in style with a clinical strike from outside the box.

“A hat-trick by the 27-minute mark. Sienna Saveska having the game of her young life so far!

“This is trademark Sienna Saveska. If you’ve followed her in the NPL all the way up, you knew she had this in her locker and she’s uncorked it on a big stage here!

“Utter delight for the Western Sydney Wanderers.”

Saveska’s first-half hat-trick inspired the Wanderers to a resounding 5-1 win at CommBank Stadium – the club’s first win of the Ninja A-League season.
