The initiative at Blacktown International Sportspark Athletics Centre was the first of a number of planned activities that will ensure the community is at the heart of the Hyundai A-League’s newest club.
Alongside the recently signed players including Aaroon Mooy and Tarik Elrich, there were also a number of trialists hoping to impress Poppa and his training staff.
One thing-s for sure, the fans in the terraces certainly were impressed with what they saw, and a number of players admitted that meeting and chatting to the fans after the training session was a fantastic way to finish.
After the training session the fans were able to meet and greet their new heroes.
