U13s coached by Peter Kofinas
7-0 win against Hills United
It was a great team performance that oozed confidence and determination to make sure that the team continues the high standards set by the group themselves. With lovely passages of play and hunger to win the ball back it was a joy to watch the young boys out there doing what they love most. The challenge is now to continue these kind of performances and continue to learn as a group. Four goals were scored by Ashwell Starr while Riley Nolan, Christian Larderi and Christophe Bugden also got on the scoresheet.

1-4 loss against Hills United
Similar to last week, the Wanderers started with a good intensity and created the first few opportunities in the game. After threatening early, the Wanderers finally took advantage of some nice lead up work for Jack Lovell to finish. Up with a 1-0 lead and dealing with most opposition attacks showing good composure in defence, Hills won a corner and pegged a goal back just before the break. Into the sheds 1-1, the U14s felt in control for most parts and eager to return to the pitch to finish off the job only to concede goals to 3 set-pieces with Hills making the most of all 3 opportunities. Having lost 4-1 there were positives from the game which were important. Not conceding in open play was one of these positives as was the opportunity and valuable experience provided to U13s players Mason Hartnig in goals and off the bench – Leon Alizart, Lucas Mounarath, Christian Lardieri and Ashwell Starr who all had a positive contribution and provided great energy and attitude despite the score.

U16s coached by Shaf Sagol
5-1 win against Hills United
A pleasing performance resulted in a 5-1 victory over Hills with some eye catching performances by Filip Dimovski, Rhys Youlley and Franz Deli. Maturity was shown by the side in the second half to make runs behind the opposition line to capitalie on chances created. The side have not only been showing that they are playing consistent football but also are capable of unlocking stubbon defences in more ways than one.
U20s coached by Yianni Tsattalios
6-1 win
The U20s recorded their 5th win of the season against North Shore Mariners on the weekend. The Red & Black lead 1-0 at half time and an inspired second half saw them run out 6-1 winners. Goals from Jacob Vasiliou, Alessandro Lopane, Connor Rose, Joel Bertolissio and George Antonis, who added another brace to his goal scoring tally for the season, secured a well-deserved victory for the young Wanderers.
