Tonight’s match against the Melbourne Victory match is an extra special event with the Wanderers supporting White Ribbon Day, tomorrow November 25.

White Ribbon is a leading organisation that works to prevent male violence against women, with men leading the charge.

Club Ambassador, Ian ‘Dicko- Dickson and our very own Ante Covic, are both White Ribbon champions and have joined over 60,000 other men to swear the oath of violence against women.

Ante Covic said “tonight is a special Wanderers match supporting White Ribbon. Using men to speak out and for them to be the champions of violence against women is a fantastic initiative. Sportsmen like Nathan Hindmarsh and Adam Goodes have all taken the oath, which is awesome.”
