The second semi-final delivered even more drama, with Norway representatives Next Please prevailing in a nine-goal thriller against Scotland representatives Class On Grass. Locked in an end-to-end contest, Next Please held on for a remarkable 7-6 victory to secure their place in the Grand Final.
With the championship on the line, the tournament’s two form teams went head-to-head in a tense decider worthy of the occasion.
In a match where chances were at a premium, Argentina found the decisive moment, as BBC Ballers secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Norway representatives Next Please to become the inaugural WSIA Wanderers World Cup champions.
