Arsenal great, Ray Parlour, was today announced as the Arsenal Legend set to attend the Western Sydney Wanderers annual Gold Star Luncheon on July 14.
A member of the Arsenal 2003/04 Invincible team, Parlour spent 14 successful seasons at the Gunners with honours including three Premier League titles, four FA Cup triumphs, winning the FA Community Shield three times along with the League Cup in 1993 and UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in the 1994/95 season.
As a special guest of the Arsenal in Sydney Tour, the man affectionately known as ‘the Romford Pele’ will lead a conversation about his time at the English Giants and reflect on some of his favourite memories during his decorated period at the club.
Parlour joins Arsenal CEO Ivan Gazidis in a spectacular line-up for this year’s Gold Star Luncheon that also includes a Wanderers insight into the club’s first marquee international match.
