Aussie Broadband joins Wanderers as senior corporate partner

Western Sydney Wanderers FC are delighted to welcome Aussie Broadband to the corporate family, kicking off an exciting new partnership until the end of the 2025/26 A-Leagues season.

The new partnership will see Aussie Broadband actively involved in enhancing fan experiences, recognizing the contribution of volunteers and celebrating the vibrant football community in Western Sydney.

As part of its commitment to grassroots football, Aussie Broadband will also launch the Aussie Broadband Community Champions Series – a series of 2.5-minute content pieces highlighting the achievements, stories, and spirit of football clubs within the Western Sydney region.

Aussie Broadband will also take on a meaningful role in supporting the club’s Wandercrew, the club’s team of 200+ volunteers who dedicate their time in making every home match a memorable experience.

Through this partnership, Aussie Broadband will recognize and celebrate the hard work and commitment of these volunteers, who are at the heart of the Wanderers’ match-day partnerships.

Further strengthening the partnership, Aussie Broadband will sponsor “The Wanderer,” the club’s official fortnightly newsletter. With exclusive news, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content, “The Wanderer” keeps fans engaged and connected throughout the season.

Western Sydney Wanderers CEO Scott Hudson welcomed Aussie Broadband to the club.

“Aussie Broadband’s passion for supporting the community aligns perfectly with our values, and their involvement across multiple areas of the club will enhance both the match-day experience and our engagement with fans and volunteers,” said Hudson.

“This partnership represents a new era of connection and collaboration, and we are excited to see it unfold.”

Aussie Broadband Chief Executive Officer Brian Maher said he was thrilled to be partnering with the Red & Black for the upcoming season.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Western Sydney Wanderers FC for the upcoming A-League season,” said Aussie Broadband Chief Executive Officer Brian Maher.

“At Aussie Broadband we have a strong culture built around supporting our local communities that’s been instilled in the business since day one. So, in seeing all the great work the Western Sydney Wanderers do both on the pitch and off of it, this partnership felt like a no-brainer.”

“As a lifelong football fan, I look forward to seeing Aussie Broadband and the Western Sydney Wanderers kick many goals, and continue to change the game, together.”
