Wanderers Red
For the first time in Western Sydney Wanderers history, the red featured on the Home Jersey is the official Wanderers Pantone taken directly from the Club crest. This creates a brighter, more vibrant red than previous iterations, strengthening the visual link between jersey and badge.
The result is a bold, authentic Club colour that elevates the identity of the Home Jersey and reinforces what it means to wear the Wanderers shirt.
9 Hoops
The nine hoops woven into the fabric of the Home Jersey represent the nine football associations that form the foundation of the game in Western Sydney. Each hoop recognises the communities, clubs, volunteers, coaches and players who have helped build and sustain the region’s football culture.
Together, they reflect the unity, diversity and shared passion that defines Western Sydney. No matter where football is played across the region, the hoops serve as a reminder that everyone is connected through the same game and the same community.
Pattern
The Home Jersey pattern is inspired by the essence of breath — the invisible energy that sustains life and drives movement. This concept is expressed through traditional Japanese cloud illustrations, forming a flowing, dynamic graphic across the kit.
The design is also influenced by the breeze that moves through the Blue Mountains, one of Western Sydney’s most iconic natural landmarks. This connection is further embedded within the Western Sydney Wanderers crest itself, which proudly incorporates the Blue Mountains into its lettering, linking the Home Jersey back to place, identity and home.
