Western Sydney Wanderers, together with SEDA, will host the next Wanderers Sport & Business Program Open Day at Wanderers Football Park on Tuesday 29 September 2026.
Prospective students and families are invited to experience the program first-hand and hear from teachers, staff and alumni about the opportunities available through the Western Sydney Wanderers Sport & Business Program Powered by SEDA.
Built around learning through real industry experience, the program places students inside a high-performance sporting environment and provides opportunities to develop practical skills across both sport and business.
Throughout the program, students can gain valuable experience through workshops, strategic projects and work-integrated learning, with opportunities including match day experiences, shadowing industry professionals, community engagement initiatives, project planning and delivery, coaching and international study tours.
The program is designed to help students explore their interests, build industry connections and gain a clearer understanding of where a career in sport and business could take them.
Students can also access a range of further education pathways, with opportunities for direct entry into more than 15 universities and higher education providers across Australia.
The Open Day provides the perfect opportunity to learn more about the program, meet the people behind it and hear directly from those who have already experienced the pathway.
