Wanderers captain Mitchell Duke is confident the Red & Black can cause some damage in tonight’s clash against the Mariners at Central Coast Stadium.

All the ways you can tune in here.

Tonight’s meeting will mark the third and final time the Wanderers will face the Mariners this season, having taken all six points in their previous clashes.

The Red & Black will be looking to kick-off their season restart with a bang to build momentum towards a potential Finals Series appearance whilst the Mariners will be pushing to to win their first match in 12 games.

“We’ve already challenged them two times this year, home and away, so we’re looking forward to it,” said Duke.

“We know that they’re in a bit of desperate times for results as well.

“So we’re going to expect a massive battle and we’re going into this as our first game, they’ll be two games deep into finishing their season.

“Where as this is our first game back so there’s going to be a lot of energy, a lot of fight and hopefully a lot of good football involved as well.”

The clash will mark the first match officially under the reigns of head coach Jean-Paul de Marigny who has been working hard with the team over the last few weeks to get them ready for a hectic schedule.

“I think JP’s done a very good job since we’ve been back, to get  us prepared physically and tactically ,” said Duke.

“I think we’re ready to go in and make that Finals Series and cause some damage.”

With one eye on tonight’s match and one on the ladder, the next five games are all about playing to our strengths believes Duke.

“I think we just completely rely on us and focus on what we can do,” explained Duke.

“We’ve shown what we can do against the best in the league, which you’d say is Sydney FC, we’ve gone undefeated against them all season, beaten them twice. So we can definitely mix it with the best so we are our own enemy.

“If we do everything that we know we can do, I don’t think there’s a team that can stop us.”
