The Queensland-born midfielder played her junior football for hometown club West Griffith before making the big decision to move to Sydney in order to pursue her footballing career.
The move instantly paid dividends for Eliza who was called up to the Australian U17 side at the age of 15 where she netted a hat-trick against Hong Kong in the AFC U16 Championship qualifiers.

Along with representing her country, Eliza has captained the NSW Country team that won the national championship and was voted player of the tournament in the process before leading Hills Sports High to victory in the 2014 CHS State Championship.

Fresh off a season where she scored over 20 goals for Macarthur Rams, Eliza signed for Western Sydney Wanderers for the Westfield W-League 2015/16 season and made her debut against Adelaide United in Round 1.
