NSW Police want to ensure a safe and family friendly environment throughout the A League Season and Local derby Fixtures, including the upcoming match at Allianz Stadium on 31 January 2026.
On this date Police will maintain a high-visibility presence before, during and after the match to ensure the safety and security of all spectators, officials, and players.
Criminal, Anti-social, dangerous, or violent behaviour in any form will not be tolerated. This includes the possession or use of Flares or any type of fireworks in or around the event.
Individuals or groups that commit offences or show intimidating or offensive behaviour will be removed by police and or prosecuted and denied entry, including the use of banning notices.
 General Guidelines
To help create the best possible atmosphere before the game, we ask that all participants:
Please do not cover your face with scarves, balaclavas, or masks unless it is for a medical or religious reason.
Follow instructions from organisers, Chief Marshals, marshals, and Police.
Do not bring or display national, religious, or military flags, banners, or symbols.
Leave flares, fireworks, smoke bombs, or anything that could pose a safety risk at home.
Avoid any behaviour that could be considered offensive or discriminatory.
