What’s in my membership pack?

In 2022/23, members have the choice of opting for either a digital or physical membership pack.

Digital Membership Pack

Members who have opted for a digital membership pack will receive all membership items in electronic form, specifically the membership card and Wanderers Shop Gift Voucher.

The Wanderers Shop Gift Voucher will be provided to all members who opted for a digital membership pack.

When will I receive my Digital Membership card and Wanderers Shop Gift Voucher?

Your digital membership card will be emailed to you next week ahead of our match against Perth Glory.

The Wanderers Shop gift voucher will be emailed separately next week. Please make sure your email address is correct in your MyWanderers Account to ensure that both get emailed to you.

Physical Membership Pack

Members who have opted for a physical membership pack have the option of choosing between a membership scarf or hat, along with the other pack items included in your package.

When will I receive my Physical Membership Pack?

If you have renewed your membership or signed up before Friday 26 August 2022 and opted for the physical membership pack, see the delivery details below.

Membership cap: Your package is expected to arrive prior to our match against Perth Glory. The delivery is being made via a tracked Express Post service and you will receive an email advising delivery timelines upon dispatch.

Membership scarf: Delivery of your package has been delayed until mid-October due to delays from our supplier relating to quality control. We understand this is not an ideal situation and the Membership Services Team is currently in the process of contacting all affected members via phone to advise how to access entry into Round One. This delivery will also be made via a tracked Express Post service, and you will receive an email advising revised delivery timelines upon dispatch.

Digital Membership Cards

When will I receive my digital membership card?

Whether you have chosen a digital or physical membership pack, all members will receive a digital membership card as a way to ensure smooth entry into CommBank Stadium in the lead-up to the season.

Information on how to access this digital membership card will be emailed to you.

Membership Services Team

With the Wanderers Isuzu UTE A-League season starting next week, our Membership Services team will continue to work hard to answer any of your questions.

At our first match day, the Membership Services Team will have a number of stations external to Wanderland available for you to ask questions:

  • Membership Enquiries Window at the Ticket Box at Gate B
  • Membership Marquee near Gate B and Gate D
