FFA Cup Round of 16 match confirmed

The Western Sydney Wanderers will take on Bonnyrigg White Eagles in the FFA Cup Round of 16 on Wednesday 29 August at Marconi Stadium.

Following Tuesday night’s draw, the details of the FFA Cup 2018 Round of 16 have been confirmed. 

The first match – to be broadcast Live and Exclusive on FOX SPORTS – will be the blockbuster between the APIA Leichhardt Tigers FC from NSW against the most successful Hyundai A-League Club, Melbourne Victory, at Leichhardt Oval on Tuesday 21 August.

The three other matches on the night will see Broadmeadow Magic FC host Bentleigh Greens SC, Cairns FC take on last year’s FFA Cup Winners, Sydney FC, and Avondale meeting the Devonport Strikers.

The second match night of the FFA Cup Round of 16 on Wednesday 29 August will feature Lions FC from Queensland hosting Adelaide United at Perry Park as the fixture to be broadcast in full, Live and Exclusive on FOX SPORTS.

The other fixtures on the second match night of the FFA Cup 2018 Round of 16 include the Adelaide Comets up against Heidelberg United FC, the Bonnyrigg White Eagles meeting the Western Sydney Wanderers FC, and in an all-Hyundai A-League club affair, Melbourne City FC facing the Newcastle Jets.at AAMI Park.
