Herbalife Nutrition’s tips on supporting your Immune System


Herbalife Nutrition have shared some tips and tricks on how you can support your Immune System. 

  1. Maintain a balanced diet
    Lean protein, healthy carbs, and omega-3 fatty acids. Check out some of their recipe suggestions here.
  2. Wash your hands
    Wash with soap for 20 seconds. Make sure to get to palms, backs of hands, under fingernails and wrists.
  3. Get adequate rest
    Aim for around 7 hours per night to allow your body to recover from stress and exercise.
  4. Exercise
    Daily moderate activity (30 min/day) can help boost your immune system.
  5. Hydrate
    Drink 6 to 8 cups of water daily.
