Ins & Outs for Saturday’s match against the Mariners

Ins & Outs for Saturday’s match against the Mariners

Hayden Foxe has named his squad for Saturday’s Hyundai A-League Round 2 match against Central Coast Mariners.

Tickets to the match are available here.

There are just two changes to last week’s squad, as Josh Risdon returns from international duty having helped the Socceroos past Syria in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers this past week, with Jacob Melling also coming in.

Life without Tony Popovic began in the best possible way for the Wanderers as they claimed a 2-1 win over Perth Glory in their season opener on Sunday.

First half goals from Oriol Riera and Jumpei Kusukami sealed the win for the Red & Black and they’ll be aiming to make it two from two when the Mariners come to town.

It was a forgettable Round 1 for Paul Okon’s side as they were put to the sword 5-1 by the Newcastle Jets in the F3 Derby.

Okon and co will be hoping to repeat the feats of their last visit to Spotless Stadium in February, where they claimed an unlikely 2-0 win.
