Both the Wanderers and Sydney FC will be looking to bounce back after recent losses in the A-Leagues and there’s no better time to snatch up three points than in an explosive Sydney Derby.
The Red & Black were devastating downed by Perth Glory at the death and will be without defender Tomi Mrcela in the Sydney Derby fixture after he was given marching orders for a hold on David Williams.
The Sky Blues were also left in a similar position to the Wanderers after suffering a 1-0 loss to Wellington Phoenix thanks to a 20th minute goal from Oskar Zawada.
With both clubs desperate for three points to secure their spot in the Finals Series race, Saturday night’s Sydney Derby is set to be one to remember.
