Ins & Outs: Victory v Wanderers

Head coach Marko Rudan has named his extended squad for Saturday night’s blockbuster fixture against Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park.

The Wanderers will be coming off the back of a positive result against Perth Glory in their opening match of the season at home, narrowly defeating the side 1-0.

It was a very cagey performance by the Red & Black who broke the deadlock through Bosnian recruit Sulejman Krpic who headed home from close range.

The Wanderers are set to now travel to AAMI Park on Saturday night to face Melbourne Victory in what is set to be a blockbuster fixture.

Victory will play in their first home match of the season after opening their campaign with a thrilling Big Blue in Sydney’s East.

The Melbourne side snatched a 3-2 result against the Sky Blues, fighting back three times to secure all three points and will be heading into the fixture filled with confidence.
