The Western Sydney Wanderers return to CommBank Stadium on Friday night, 19 December, to face Auckland FC in a high-stakes Isuzu UTE A-League Men clash under lights at 8:00pm.

The Red & Black come off a determined 0-0 draw with Brisbane Roar, where they dominated possession and created several chances. Kosta Barbarouses and Brandon Borrello were constant threats, while Alou Kuol and Anthony Pantazopoulos went close late, but the finishing touch proved elusive.

Auckland arrive in strong form after a 2-1 win over Central Coast Mariners that lifted them to the top of the table, with Sam Cosgrove and Randall on the scoresheet. Steve Corica has kept a settled side, with Lachie Brook pulling the strings in midfield and captain Hiroki Sakai returning from injury on the bench.

With the Wanderers looking to capitalise on home advantage and Auckland keen to maintain their momentum, Friday night shapes as a fast-paced and compelling contest at CommBank Stadium.
