Fresh off a bye round and buoyed by a strong away victory, the team is eager to continue their momentum.
Their last outing saw a 2-0 triumph over Melbourne City, a venue that previously brought challenges. A stellar defensive effort, led by young center-back pairing Anthony Pantazopoulos and Alex Bonetig, secured the team’s first clean sheet of the season.
Goals from Nicolas Milanovic, who converted a penalty he earned, and Marcus Antonsson sealed the win, boosting the Wanderers’ position on the table and into positive goal difference.
