The A-Leagues can announce that the postponed fixture between Western Sydney Wanderers and Wellington Phoenix at CommBank Stadium has been rescheduled for Tuesday 1 March, 2022.
Originally postponed due to the severe weather being experienced throughout NSW and Queensland, the A-Leagues is pleased to confirm that thanks to the efforts of venue management, the pitch at CommBank stadium has passed inspection and the match can proceed. This match will be held behind closed doors, but will allow for the Wellington Phoenix to return home to New Zealand as planned after Round 14 following nearly five months on the road.
The A-Leagues can also confirm that the scheduled match between Adelaide United and Sydney FC will now be played at Coopers Stadium.
