Margush re-signs on a two-year deal

Western Sydney Wanderers FC have this afternoon confirmed the re-signing of goalkeeper Daniel Margush for the next two Isuzu UTE A-League seasons.

The shot-stopper has made 40 A-Leagues appearances for the Red & Black over the last two seasons after making the switch from Perth Glory.

In his first season at the club, Margush played every single match for the Wanderers and earned plaudits from members and fans.

Margush is set to continue his growth and development at the Wanderers for the next two seasons.

“Since I first arrived at the Wanderers, everyone at the club has made me feel so welcome. I feel really settled here and love coming in to work everyday in the environment that is set out at the club,” said Margush.

“Last season definitely had its highs and lows but that’s always going to be part of football. You have to remain level headed throughout and not get too carried away.

“The members and fans support has honestly meant so much to me. It definitely provides added motivation for me to give my all for the club and put my body on the line for the team.

“I want to continue to work hard for the team and continue to develop my game. I feel like my first two seasons at the club have seen me greatly develop not only as a player, but also importantly as a man and role model off the field as well.”
