Issues on the day?
Our Membership Services Team will have a number of stations external to the Stadium available for you to ask questions:
- Membership Enquiries Window at the Ticket Box at Gate B
- Forgot your ticket, the Team are ready to help. Please make sure you have your licence ready so the Team can pull your account up fast for smooth entry.
- Membership Marquee in the precinct
- Got questions about your membership? Want to sign up a friend or family member? Ask select questions about your membership and visit our Spin & Win outside Gate B.
- Will my entry gate be open?
- Yes, please refer to the gate listed on your membership card or digital wallet for more information.
TRANSPORT
Match tickets include travel on trains. Trains and buses run regularly to Parramatta Station, which is a 15-minute walk from the stadium. Some buses also make stops outside the stadium on O’Connell Street.
Traffic will be heavier than usual approaching the precinct so allow extra travel time. Roads around the stadium will close at the end of the game to allow crowds to safely leave the precinct so be patient leaving car parks as traffic will be heavy and follow the directions of traffic controllers and Police. If you’re travelling home by taxi or ride share choose a pick up location away from the stadium to avoid traffic delays. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com.
Keep in mind if you’re catching buses home after the game that stops outside the stadium will be closed so buses will be using different stops nearby, check signs and follow directions of staff.

Kids Corner
Bring the kids along for a heap of fun on match day! The Wanderland precinct will be full with a heap of cool pop-ups for you and your family to take part in, including a kids colouring in station, inflatables, DJ and food trucks. Inside the Stadium, you can access the Wesley and Sunny Photo Wall and Face Painting station.
