As official community partner of Western Sydney Wanderers, the University of Western Sydney is giving you the opportunity to meet the Wanderers W-League team.

From 11am until 12pm on Sunday 31 August, players from the team will be at UWS Open Day hosting a penalty shoot-out competition that could see you walk away with some great Wanderers prizes. To register your attendance, visit openday.uws.edu.au

UWS Open Day is about more than getting details on available courses and career advice. UWS gives you the chance to experience uni life with live performances by UWS music students, interactive sporting activities and information about student clubs, trips and tours, international exchange and more.

Other Open Day highlights include:

  • Explore the UWS Solar car and see inside the engine using augmented reality
  • Experience innovative engineering with robotics and ‘Wonderama’ – a virtual fly-through demonstration
  • Enjoy a hands-on encounter with snakes and other reptiles handled by UWS Animal Science students
  • See the ARTEXPRESS exhibition of outstanding works by the 2013 HSC Visual Arts students from schools across NSW

UWS Open Day is a chance for you to get a feel for the University and experience what it’s like to be a UWS student. You can chat one-on-one with professors and lecturers and even if you’re not sure what you want to do our experienced advisors can give you plenty of ideas and help you explore career opportunities. You can also get information about the different pathways into UWS, scholarships and our Early Offer Program.
