Growing up in Camden, Michelle began her playing career with Campbelltown Cobras before playing with Penrith Nepean United and Marconi Stallions.

Joining her brother David at NSW Institute of Sport, the forward went on to play for the Young Matildas and signed with Sydney FC in the Westfield W-League where she won the Premiership and Championship double.

In 2010 Michelle left the Sky Blues and played in the NSW State League and in 2013 won the NSW Premier League Player of the Season and Golden Boot which earned her a contract with the Wanderers.

Michelle made her Wanderers debut against Adelaide United in Round One of the Westfield W-League and scored her first goal, a 96th minute equaliser, against Adelaide in Round Eight.

She continued her good form in the following season, seeing increased game time and has continued in her role as one of the senior players leading into 2015/16.
