Hailing from the prestigious Westfield Sport High School, Rob has overseen the senior and junior girls and boys football program since 2006.
After a successful season with Penrith Nepean United U12 girls in 2009, Rob took on roles at King Park Primary School and Marconi Stallions, coaching the U14 and U16 girls sides until 2012.
In the same year, Rob was appointed Convener of the Sydney South West district and has remained at the helm since.
Before joining Macarthur Rams U15s in 2014, he led the Marconi Stallions 1st grade to the WPL title and was then appointed assistant coach of the Western Sydney Wanderers Westfield W-League team for the 2014/15 season.
Rob is currently assistant coach of the Wanderers U16 boys in the NPL and holds an FFA B Licence.
