With the Football NSW season complete and the Hyundai A-League just around the corner, now is the perfect time to get behind your local Westfield W-League team. Best of all, anyone under the age of 16 gets in free of charge!
 
Make sure you’re at Marconi Stadium this Saturday when Sydney’s two teams, the Western Sydney Wanderers and Sydney FC go head-to-head in this season’s first Derby.
 
Now in its third season, the W-League’s Sydney Derby is one of passion, drama and excitement with eleven goals scored in the two matches last year.
 
With a number of players switching clubs during the off-season the rivalry has only increased further.
 
Anyone under the age of 16 gains free entry, adults are $10 and concession $5. There is also a special deal for University of Western Sydney students; two tickets for $5.
 
If you are a fan of the Westfield W-League or women’s football you can head to wanderland.com.au to buy a Wanderers W-League Membership. The Membership, which doubles as a Supporters Membership, gets you entry into each Wanderers W-League home match, priority when purchasing Hyundai A-League tickets plus other Member benefits.
 
Kick-off for the Sydney Derby is 3pm on Saturday 27 September at Marconi Stadium, Bossley Park and there will be a Meet & Greet and signing session with the players after the match.
