WSW Live! is back this Friday night with award-winning podcaster Michael Turner from Around the Bloc set to host a live pre-match show from Bankwest Stadium.
Streaming on the club’s Facebook page from 6:50pm, Turner will be previewing the Wanderers must-win clash against Wellington Phoenix in the club’s first fixture at Wanderland in 130 days.
Live from Bankwest Stadium, WSW Live! will feature an exclusive interview with club captain Mitchell Duke, live guests such as CEO John Tsatsimas, Tim Gilbert and Rob Shehadie plus all the behind-the-scenes action.
Using new techology platform Bee-On that has been used by clubs such as Leicester City and Manchester City, fans will be able to engage with the broadcast from wherever they’ll be tuning in.
Host, Around the Bloc’s Michael Turner, said he couldn’t wait to be involved again and bring a little pre-game insight to the members and fans at home.
“I’m pumped, it’s been so long since our last match at Bankwest Stadium which was behind closed doors and to be part of this pre-game show is really exciting,” said Turner.
“Sadly Tatiyana can’t join me tomorrow night, but she’ll be back with me next week for our final two home matches.
“We’ve got a fun line-up for the first stream back, so tune in!”
