US College star Brooke Miller signs with the Wanderers

Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today confirmed the signing of American attacker Brooke Miller for the upcoming Ninja A-League season.

The 22-year-old arrives in Western Sydney following an impressive collegiate career in the United States. Miller started every match for the Demon Deacons during the 2025 season. She featured heavily in the program’s NCAA Tournament campaign and was named to the 2025 All-ACC Academic Team.

Football Director Mal Impiombato said Miller’s athleticism and versatility would add another dimension to the Wanderers squad.

“Brooke is an exciting young player who we believe has all the attributes to make a strong impact in the Ninja A-League,” said Impiombato.

“She brings genuine pace, athleticism and versatility, and has demonstrated throughout her collegiate career an ability to contribute to a number of different roles.”

“We’re excited to welcome Brooke to Western Sydney and look forward to seeing her continue her development in a Wanderers jersey.”

Head coach Geoff Abrahams said Miller’s ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball made her an exciting addition to the squad.

“Brooke is a really dynamic player who brings speed, energy and a willingness to work for the team,” said Abrahams.

“She has the ability to get forward and create opportunities, but she’s also shown throughout her career that she’s willing to do the defensive work and adapt to what the team needs.”

“We believe her attributes will suit the way we want to play and the demands of the Ninja A-League.”

“She’s hungry to begin her professional career and we’re looking forward to welcoming her into the group and helping her take that next step here in Western Sydney.”

Miller said she was excited to begin the next chapter of her career with the Wanderers.

“I’ve been so ready for this next chapter. When the opportunity with Western Sydney came up, it felt right. I could see the ambition and direction of the club, the style of play really suits me, and everything I heard about the culture, legacy and fans made it an easy decision. I’m really grateful and excited to be a Wanderer.”

“I’ve watched the A-League grow so much over the past few years, especially on the women’s side, and I wanted to be part of that. Australia also really appealed to me with the lifestyle, weather and people, so it felt like the right place to take this next step in my career.”

“My goal is to compete at the highest level, help this team win and keep pushing myself to become the best player I can be. I love getting forward, creating chances and scoring goals, but I think what fans will notice most is the energy, passion and joy I bring every time I step onto the pitch.”
