Three of the Western Sydney Wanderers Academy’s own have been recognised for outstanding seasons, taking home individual honours at the Football NSW Annual Gala Dinner.
The annual event celebrates the standout players and coaches from across the Football NSW competitions, with the Red & Black well represented among this season’s major award winners.
Jamie Dib was named NPL Women’s Coach of the Year, recognised for his work throughout the campaign and his contribution to the continued development of the Wanderers’ women’s pathway.
There was further recognition on the women’s side of the Academy, with Madena Moussa named NPL Women’s U23s Player of the Year following an impressive season in Red & Black.
Rounding out the Wanderers’ award winners was Awan Lual, who claimed the NPL Men’s Golden Boot after a prolific campaign in front of goal.
The three individual honours cap another significant season for the Wanderers Academy, with players and coaches across the program continuing to make their mark in Football NSW competitions.
