The Wanderers Foundation has been named a finalist for the Workers Lifestyle Outstanding Community Organisation Award at the upcoming 2023 WSABE Awards.
Established in 2020, the Wanderers Foundation is a vehicle for the club to make a difference around initiatives that will make a positive impact in the community including Youth Development, Healthy Active Lifestyles, Female Football, Multicultural Engagement, Supporting Indigenous Communities, and Advocating for All Abilities.
In 2023, the Foundation confirmed their inaugural Development Committee which aims to assist the growth and awareness of the club’s work in the Western Sydney community.
The Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence (WSABE) was founded by the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce in 1990 and remains the most prestigious awards program in the Greater Sydney region.
The WSABE platform annually recognises outstanding business leaders and organisations who are actively contributing to Western Sydney region’s rapidly developing economy.
