The Western Sydney Wanderers FC are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the 2025 Wanderers Foundation Winter Appeal, which raised an incredible $23,115 to help deliver vital community programs across Western Sydney.
Established in 2020, the Wanderers Foundation is the dedicated community arm of the club, committed to driving positive change through initiatives focused on All Abilities, Female Football, and Multicultural programs.
Over the past five years, the Foundation has positively impacted more than 10,000 individuals throughout the region, providing meaningful opportunities that promote inclusivity, participation, and empowerment.
Western Sydney is a diverse and passionate community of more than two million residents, where football serves as a powerful unifier and a key part of local identity. The Foundation embodies this spirit, using the power of football to create lasting impact beyond the pitch.
All funds raised during this year’s Winter Appeal, which ran until 30 June, will go directly toward expanding the reach and delivery of these critical programs.
From supporting young women aspiring to play at the highest level, to providing opportunities for people of all abilities to enjoy football, and celebrating the rich multicultural fabric of Western Sydney, these programs continue to make a real difference where it’s needed most.
