Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today launched an official club podcast available on Spotify.
The new podcast will see a number of behind-the-scenes and long-form interviews with the Wanderers family including players, management, ambassadors as well as legends in the community.
The podcast will be another way for the Red & Black to engage with their growing digital audience – already having a presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
The Wanderers FC Official Podcast Channel with kick-off with a series called The Wanderers of Western Sydney led by broadcasting legend Tim Gilbert.

One of Australia’s most recognised, celebrated and experienced TV and radio journalists, Gilbert has reported on some of the greatest local and international sporting moments from the last 30 years.
An iconic sports presenter, commentator and producer, Tim brings a great story to life with flare and charisma and will be uncovering some of the best untold stories from the Wanderers family.
Western Sydney Wanderers CEO John Tsatsimas said he was looking forward to Wanderers members and fans getting to hear some of the untold and never-before-heard stories from the wider Wanderers family.
“Our Wanderers family is a diverse and unique group, from our players and staff to our wider network, Western Sydney and our people have a rich history and great stories to tell,” said Tsatsimas.
“In Tim Gilbert we have an authentic Western Sydney boy who understands not only what it means to be from the west, but how to tell our stories thanks to his long and distinguished career in sports media.
“Personally, I am a huge fan of podcasts and look forward to enjoying these stories with our members and fans.”
Series presenter Tim Gilbert said he was excited to work with the Wanderers on this project.
“I’m so proud to be joining the Wanderers team to produce this series of podcasts and tell some of the great stories about the people that make this club tick,” said Gilbert.
“The Wanderers of Western Sydney will share the stories of our people, give fans some insight into who they are and what it means to be from the area.
“We’ve lined up a great list of guests that will be released over the next few months, some great conversations and genuine passion for this fantastic football club.”
