Western Sydney Wanderers FC have unfortunately confirmed that their Liberty A-League pre-season camp in Forbes this weekend has been postponed.
The disappointing decision to postpone the pre-season tour and friendly fixture comes off the back of current NSW State Emergency Services flood warnings in place in the region.
The Wanderers, together with Canberra United and Australian Professional Leagues (APL), appreciate the efforts that the local community and businesses have put into the camp and have as a result committed to returning to Forbes in one of the upcoming FIFA Windows where the sides will play in the rescheduled Forbes Challenge Cup with hopes that this will become an annual event.
