Western Sydney Wanderers FC are proud to confirm that rising star Allyssa Ng Saad has secured a two-year professional contract with the club’s Ninja A-League squad, following a breakout 2025/26 season.
Initially identified and recruited after an impressive National Premier League campaign, Ng Saad quickly progressed through the Wanderers’ program, earning opportunities at A-League level before cementing her place within the squad.
The attacker featured in 17 matches throughout the season, scoring two goals and establishing herself as a contributor in the Wanderers’ front third.
Her performances were recognised at the club’s end of season awards, where she was named the Wanderers’ inaugural A-League Women Young Player of the Year.
Ng Saad has also been recognised at international level, having been selected in Young Matildas camps as part of her continued development.

Wanderers Head Coach Geoff Abrahams said Ng Saad’s contract reflects both her impact at A-League level and her potential moving forward.
“After a breakout season in the A-League, Allyssa has shown she can compete at this level and continue to grow within our environment,” said Abrahams.
“She came into the program, took her opportunity and made a real impact across the season.
“Allyssa will continue to develop within our senior academy environment during the off-season, which is an important part of her ongoing progression.”
Ng Saad said the opportunity to continue her journey with the Wanderers was an exciting next step in her career.
“The A-League environment has been a great place for me to develop, both on and off the field, and to learn from experienced players within the squad.
“I’m focused on continuing to improve my game over the next two seasons and contributing to the team’s success.”
She also spoke about her ambitions moving forward.
“I want to keep developing individually, while helping the team push towards finals football over the next two seasons.”
Ng Saad acknowledged the role her support network has played in her journey to the professional level.
“My family have played a huge role in supporting my football, especially my mum with everything she’s done to help me get to this point.
“I’m also grateful to everyone at the Wanderers and those who have supported me along the way to reach this stage in my career.”
Ng Saad’s re-signing highlights the Wanderers’ continued focus on identifying and developing emerging talent, while providing clear opportunities for players to progress and succeed within the club’s professional environment.
