Western Sydney Wanderers FC have tonight provided an update on their coaching staff for the Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s team and Wanderers Academy ahead of tomorrow night’s Australia Cup clash in Perth.
The Wanderers have appointed Jean-Paul de Marigny from the Wanderers Academy set-up as the new Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s assistant coach.
de Marigny will work alongside goalkeeper coach Jess Vanstrattan and head coach Marko Rudan for the upcoming season.
In the backroom, Kim Gyubeom joins the club as A-League Men’s Performance Analyst after an extensive career overseas at the likes of Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and Argentinos Juniors. Gyubeom will work with new Assistant Video Analyst Lachlan Harris.
In the Academy space, Corey Gameiro joins the club as Head of Youth Development after a storied career as a professional player and technical director at a number of youth academies.
Supporting Gameiro will be former Socceroo Jason Cullina who joins the club as Head of Academy coaches.
Together, they will be working closely with the first team and head coach Marko Rudan to help continue to identify and transition Academy players and coaches into the A-Leagues set-up.
