Western Sydney Wanderers FC have disappointingly confirmed that their appeal of an incident involving Aidan Simmons has been rejected by Football Australia.
The alleged incident occurred around the 66th minute of the Western Sydney Wanderers match against Western United on Saturday 27 January and resulted in Simmons receiving a red card.
The Western Sydney Wanderers are extremely disappointed by the outcome of their appeal from Football Australia which will now see Simmons suspended for three matches.
The Wanderers can also provide an update on a second incident involving Thomas Beadling from a recent match against Macarthur FC on Sunday 5 February,
Following the outcome of Simmonsā appeal, the Wanderers have concluded that there is no merit in proceeding through the Football Australia appeal process for Tom Beadling.
