Westfields Sports crowned Premier Schools Cup Winners

Westfields Sports High School have been crowned the Champions in both the girls and boys division of the Premier Schools Cup powered by ABAL Banking.

The Premier version of the Schools Cup brings together the elite sporting schools in Western Sydney in compete a round-robin tournament at Wanderers Football Park.

Westfields Sports High School, William Clarke College, Moriah College, Mamre Anglican School, The Hills Sports High School and Bossley Park High School all competed in the entertaining tournament.

Westfields Sports High School were crowned the Champions after defeating Moriah College in the Boys Division and William Clarke College in the Girls.

ABAL Bank Senior Manager Marketing & Events Raghida Younes spoke highly of the event that brings together the Western Sydney community.

“It’s so good to see so many children and their teachers and parents coming out and together to compete in a friendly team environment,” said Younes.

“Each year this initiative reaches so many schools and it all comes down to the Cup day where we get to meet and acknowledge the schools and children that have competed throughout the season and ultimately the winners.”
