Western Sydney Wanderers are the team to watch in the A-League Men, coming off a stunning come-from-behind win against Melbourne Victory before the international break. The 4-2 triumph showcased their resilience, attacking depth, and never-say-die attitude—qualities that have defined their strong run of form.
Despite falling 2-0 behind in the first half, the Wanderers responded with a late first-half goal before unleashing a dominant second-half display. Three unanswered goals in the final 15 minutes sent CommBank Stadium into raptures and propelled the Red & Black into third place on the ladder.
With six games remaining in the regular season, the Wanderers are in prime position to challenge for a top-two spot and strengthen their Finals push.

Up next, they face a tricky test in Wellington. The Phoenix have held a strong home record against Western Sydney, unbeaten in their last 10 meetings in New Zealand.
However, the Wanderers turned the tables earlier this season with a dominant 4-1 victory, scoring twice in the opening nine minutes before sealing the result with a Dylan Scicluna screamer.
While Scicluna remains sidelined, the emerging midfield partnership of Oscar Priestman and Josh Brillante continues to grow in influence.
A win in Wellington would bring the Wanderers within one point of second-placed Western United, with a game in hand – setting the stage for an exciting run home.
