Fraser, who recently signed with the club, has arrived in Western Sydney this week ahead of the team’s first match under new head coach Gary van Egmond.
The winger brings a wealth of top-level experience to the Wanderers squad. Fraser began his professional career at Aberdeen FC before moving to AFC Bournemouth, where he spent seven seasons in the Premier League, making over 180 appearances, scoring 18 goals and providing 31 assists.
He went on to continue his career with Newcastle United and Southampton, consistently demonstrating his pace, creativity, and ability to unlock defences.
On the international stage, Fraser has earned 26 caps for Scotland, scoring four goals.
With his international transfer clearance now received, Fraser is in contention for selection in the extended squad for Sunday’s showdown, giving members and fans a first glimpse of how his Premier League pedigree could impact the team as the Wanderers begin a new chapter under Gary van Egmond.
