Western Sydney Wanderers FC are pleased to confirm that homegrown talent Jarrod Carluccio has re-signed with the club for two seasons, extending his journey in the Red & Black.
Heading into his sixth senior season with the Wanderers, Carluccio’s story is one of perseverance, development and a deep connection to the region he calls home.
A true son of West, Carluccio has been part of the Wanderers family since 2015, progressing through the Club’s Academy pathway before earning his first team opportunity.
He made his senior debut in the Wanderers’ historic first match at CommBank Stadium against Leeds United and went on to make 19 appearances before taking the next step in his career.
Following eight years in Western Sydney, Carluccio joined Perth Glory, initially on loan before the move was made permanent at the conclusion of the 2023/24 season. During his time in Perth, he made 35 appearances and scored two goals, further establishing himself at A-League level.

Returning to the Wanderers in January of the 2024/25 campaign, Carluccio has continued to build on his strong connection with the Club and community. With more than 80 domestic appearances to his name, the homegrown talent will now head into his sixth season in the Red & Black.
Jarrod Carluccio said he was proud to continue representing the Club that has helped shape his football journey.
“I’m incredibly proud to extend my time with the Wanderers. This Club has been a huge part of my life for a long time and to represent Western Sydney is something I never take for granted.
“Coming through the Academy and earning the opportunity to play for the first team has been a special journey. Every season I’ve continued to learn and develop, and I feel like I’m in a great position to keep contributing to the team.
“No matter the adversity that we face at this football club. It is always personal putting this jersey on. I will always represent my teammates, our members and our fans with respect and fight for this club and future success.”

Western Sydney Wanderers Football Director Mal Impiombato said Carluccio’s journey embodied the values of the club.
“Jarrod represents the type of player we want at this football club. He’s a product of our Academy, he understands what it means to represent Western Sydney and he’s built a strong connection with our members and fans.
“His journey has been one of resilience and growth. The experiences he’s had throughout his career have helped shaped him into an important member of our squad.
“Having homegrown players who are proud to wear the Red & Black is a big part of our identity, and we’re delighted that Jarrod will continue that journey with the Wanderers.”
