U15s 2-1 win

The U15s Wanderers contested a tightly fought game against St George which they ran out 2-1 winners. Goals from Kallen Utan and Max Hately in either half ensured the Red & Black were able to make it their fifth straight win heading into the final matchday of the first round.
U18s 2-0 win
Head coach: Dean Mayer
It was an improved performance this week by the U18s who defeated St George FC at home. The match started well as the Wanderers dominated possession against a well-structured and disciplined St George side. The home team took the lead after Jesper Webber hit a shot from outside the area with the goalkeeper misjudging the shott. The second half continued in the same way and the Wanderers were able to double their lead when Frans Deli broke into the box and his cross was turned into the net by one of St George’s own players.
